If you’re not happy with your jewelry, bring it to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you changed your mind about your purchase, it’s no problem! Either way, just make sure your product has the tag on, in case you’re looking to return or exchange it for another item.

How long will the promotion run? 

This promotion will run from noon of June-4 through 11:59 pm EST on June-6. Minimum order values must be met to unlock the benefits of this promotion. 

What do I need to do to avail of the free Keepsake Box as a gift? 

Make sure your cart total is $500 or above before adding the Keepsake Box to your cart. The price of the box will automatically adjust to $0 on all eligible carts.

How many free Keepsake Boxes can I collect? 

Every customer who makes a purchase of $500 & above during the promotional period can avail of one Keepsake Box only. Every additional Keepsake box can be purchased at 50% of its value on additional orders of $500 & above.

Can I keep the Keepsake Box if I returned my order?

You may choose to keep the jewelry box that came with your order even if you decide to return the jewelry in your order. However, since the box was sent as a part of this promotion, you will be charged the full value of the box. If you choose to return your Keepsake Box with your jewelry, you will be charged $15 for the return. This will be deducted from the refunded amount.

When will my Verlas Cash be issued?

Your Verlas Cash will be issued thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order and only if your order was not processed for a return or exchange for an item that was below $750.

For how long will my Verlas Cash be valid?

Your Verlas Cash will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. 

What can I purchase with Verlas Cash?

You may use your Verlas Cash to purchase any item from verlas.com. There is no minimum value required for the Verlas Cash to apply. Verlas Cash cannot be combined with another promotional offer. 

Can I return items purchased with Verlas Cash?

Yes, and refunds will be in Verlas Cash with the original validity. Enjoy free shipping and returns on your first order purchased with Verlas Cash. Subsequent orders will be shipped for free with a $30 return shipping fee.
